Who are We?

The Two Percent Club, unlike other women’s network groups, is a national organisation and is active around the UK. In addition to London, regional clubs include Yorkshire, the North West, Scotland and the Midlands. The Two Percent Club launched in London in 2013 with the objective of bringing the regions to the City and demonstrating and supporting the national pool of female talent in UK business.

All regional members are automatically a member of the London Two Percent Club and each region has a Steering Group that actively drives forward the agenda for that region.

The Two Percent Club DRIVES forward the issue of the under-representation of women at the top of corporate UK. It is a national organisation that has been established as the ‘go to’ network for The Voice of Corporate Women.

Uniting the current top 2% of executive and non-executive women drawn from the top of the private, public, charity and entrepreneurial sectors and representing all regions of the UK. Members are recognised as leaders in their own field who want to support, influence and advocate the need for more skilled women from senior management through to the top of corporate UK and help to resolve this serious business issue. In order to achieve these goals, members sign a pledge to positively influence and deliver the change we all want to see happen.

Members are typically drawn from the highest levels of an organisation and will usually be a Chief Executive, Partner in a professional firm or Director or equivalent from the Public, Charity and Private Sector, or a woman recognised as a leader in their own field.

A Two Percent Club member will typically hold a Board/Non Executive/Trustee position or have the potential to be “board-able”.

Each region hosts two events per year, with the exception of London who hold four which are available to all Two Percent Club members.

Events have been developed around our members requests and provide the opportunity to experience quality time to nurture and develop relationships with their peer group, hear from visionary thought-provoking speakers from business, media, politics or academia and to participate in lively debates.

The Two Percent Club is a part of ‘An Inspirational Journey’

An Inspirational Journey works to address the imbalance of talent that exists at the top of corporate Britain. It is the only business-led solution seeking to ensure better balanced and more diverse management and executive teams. Delivered as a collaborative series of programmes and activities that aim to fix, drive and challenge the issue - this includes The Pearls Programme, The Two Percent Club and The Women’s Business Forum.

An Inspirational Journey works in partnership with RBS and has a client base of over 40 global companies, including organisations such as Ernst and Young, Arriva, DLA Piper, W M Morrisons, Rolls-Royce and BP, representing more than 4,000 women.
